Zetrix Gretta is a series of reliable and good quality Ice fishing tools: from trout rods to trophy zander sticks. The “classic” Gretta models are five rods in 65 and 70 cm lengths.
The novelty of the season 2022 is three compact models Gretta Shorty with the length of 58 cm.
High-quality, solid, moderately rigid blank of each model retains its elasticity at any temperature and allows to use all the main types of baits for angling: vibration plugs, balanced and classic ice jigs, large jigging spoons and others.
Elegant and yet reliable, solid rings are designed for monofilament nylon and fluorocarbon line, as well as braided. The winding of the rings is bright green.

The main difference from the first generation: the blanks are improved taking into account modern trends – the size of lures increases in vertical fishing, fluorocarbon lines are used more often, which requires more rigid and powerful rods. And, of course, modern winter fishing makes serious requirements to durability, which is definitely not unnecessary on the ice!
ZGT-58MH Shorty
A classic model for both trout fishing from the ice and hunting all of our “winter” predators – perch, pike and zander. The most delicate rod in the Gretta Shorty line. Recommended for fishing for all types of lures weighing up to 21 grams in still water and at weak current.
ZGT-58H Shorty, ZGT-58H Shorty Gen.2
Universal rod with good power reserve and moderately stiff blank. One of the best options for medium sized vibration plugs – from 60 to 90 mm, balanced ice jigs with the weight of 10 g and others.
It works perfectly at big fish fight. A good option for still water as well as for currents.
ZGT-58HH Shorty, ZGT-58HH Shorty Gen.2
The most powerful rod Gretta Shorty class “Heavy-Heavy”. Flexible blank allows reliable hookset and animation of baits in quite deep water, fishing in reservoirs with different depths, with or without current. Reasonable maximum weight of the bait is 42 – 47 g.
Reasonable maximum size of vibration plugs is 110 mm. At the same time, the model works well with the balanced ice jigs weighing from 15 g.
ZGT-65MH
A trout classic that works great on this “nervous” fish. The Medium-Heavy rod is a little more delicate than ZGT-65H. Not so confident in holding the current, but it works great on ponds, allowing to fish at greater depths.
It clearly feel the movement of balanced ice jigs of 5 cm and 9 g weight and more when using braided lines and low-stretch fluorocarbon.
ZGT-65H, ZGT-65H Gen.2
Heavy power class rod for small vibration plugs and balanced ice jigs weighing from 12 g is a good choice for fishing in a small current.
It works perfectly during landing big fish.
ZGT-65XH, ZGT-65XH Gen.2
Extra-Heavy power rod. Reliable, stiff, works well on rivers with a fast stream. This model perfectly combines any lures up to 45 – 50 g. The reasonable minimum is a 15 g weight ice jigs. If you want to catch a big predator, the rod ZGT-65XH is your tool.
ZGT-70M
A versatile 70cm rod in the “Medium” power class. Works great with baits up to 21gr – from ice jigs to vibration plugs. The stiffness of the rod allows fishing with it on a small current, fishing the deep places in search of winter predator.
ZGT-70HH, ZGT-70HH Gen.2
A strong rod for powerful bites. Can work with baits of solid weight. Depth and current is not an obstacle, the rod perfectly animate lures at any deph, as well as clearly transmits the fish bait directly into the hand.
Backbone allows you to take trophy fish from any depth.
